Exchanges
We exchange, we do not refund. Every piece is made to order.
You have 7 days
We count from the day it reaches you. Message us on WhatsApp and we start it there. There are no forms.
The courier collects
From your door, at a time you choose. We pay to collect it. You pay Rs. 350 to send the new size.
Unworn, with the tag on
Try it on over your clothes. We cannot exchange a piece that has been worn outside, washed, altered or perfumed.
Hijabs and undercaps
Only if the seal is unopened. This is for hygiene.
If we got it wrong
If we sent the wrong piece, or it is faulty, or it was damaged on the way, we collect it and send the right one. You pay nothing.
Get the size right the first time
Send us your bust and height before you order and we will measure the actual piece.
